Winthrop Center Offices Tour

🌇 Did you know that the tallest building in Boston’s downtown core also contains the largest Passive House office space in the world? As part of our "Raising Standards, Lowering Costs" theme for 2026, join PHMass board member Brad Mahoney, Director of Sustainable Development at Millenium Partners Boston for an exclusive tour of Winthrop Center!

Winthrop Center brings Passive House standards to a next-generation commercial office building in downtown Boston. This in-person tour will highlight the Passive House certification strategy that Millennium Partners undertook, and how the project team navigated the complexities of this ambitious project. 

The tour will begin in the first floor atrium connector of Winthrop Center and visit certified Passive House office space that is at the heart of the building.
