Navigate through twisting corridors and dead ends, but beware: you’re not alone. Live scare actors, terrifying jump scares, and spine-chilling surprises lurk around every corner. The air is thick with fear. The clock is ticking. And the zombies are hungry…

Please note following Fright Fest 24 we have made the decision to accept 14+ with parental consent at all times but all under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

We will not be offering family sessions for Fright Fest 25. OK WE HEAR YOU, FAMILY SESSIONS WILL TAKE PLACE ON SUNDAY 26TH OCTOBER 1PM-5PM

Fright Fest Disclaimer and Waiver Form

By purchasing and using tickets for this event I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating in the escape room-style haunted house experience and/or the escape the zombie maze provided by Phoenix Events Cornwall 

1. Assumption of Risk: I am aware that the Fright Fest experience may include jump scares, trip hazards, fading light, loud noises, and other unsettling elements. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this activity.

2. Health and Safety: I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of navigating through the Fright Fest. I understand that the experience may be intense and could potentially cause stress, anxiety, or other emotional reactions.

3. Release of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Phoenix Events Cornwall its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in Fright Fest.

4. Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all instructions provided by the staff of Phoenix Events Cornwall (Both written and oral communication) during the Fright Fest experience. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.

5. No Refund Policy: I understand that there will be no refunds provided for any reason, including if I choose to leave the Fright Fest before completion.

6. Photography and Recording: I grant Phoenix Events Cornwall  permission to photograph, film, or record my participation in the haunted house for promotional or marketing purposes.

7. Personal Belongings: I am responsible for securing my personal belongings during the experience. Phoenix Events Cornwall is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

8. Phoenix Events Cornwall accept no responsibility for vehicles parked at the venue and owners do so at their own risk.

By using these tickets, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. I also accept responsibility for informing anyone I have purchased tickets for. I understand the potential risks involved and willingly accept them.
