The Photobook Club: Paul Murray

Join us this February for our next Photobook Club session where we will explore Irish Artist and Dublin Street Photography Festival Co-Founder Paul Murray's debut photobook 'Side Street'. Side Street launched in Photo Museum Ireland in December 2025.

Every second month, we will come together to explore a different title, with conversations on photobook publishing, design, and the creative process. Expect guest hosts, lively discussion, and a chance to dive deeper into the stories behind the books.

The Photobook Club is a new programme from Photo Museum Ireland. The Museum runs a specialist photography bookshop and publishes artists’ monographs. Photobooks are an essential aspect of the art form of photography. Photo Museum Ireland’s IMPRINT series is a publishing and residency initiative supporting artists in the development, design and production of catalogues, photobooks, and artists’ monographs. Our publishing initiatives bring the work of artists featured in our programmes to wider audiences, creating open dialogues to critically frame contemporary photographic practices, and leaving an important record for the future. This builds on Photo Museum Ireland’s legacy of supporting artists’ practices since 1978, connecting with diverse communities, and stimulating debate on the role of photography in visual culture. Photo Museum Ireland is a member of Publishing Ireland.
