Experience an evening of deep relaxation and immersive sound in the unique surroundings of Photo Museum Ireland.
Taking place after hours in the gallery, this special sound bath is set within Shane Hynan's Beneath | Beofhód, a photographic exploration of Ireland's peatlands, landscapes, and our connection to the natural world. The exhibition provides a contemplative backdrop for an evening of stillness, listening, and reflection. Led by sound healing therapist and meditation teacher Simone Meschnig, accompanied by sound healing practitioner Nigel, a Thai yoga massage therapist, who is also passionate about sound healing. The session combines Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes, voice, and other instruments to create a rich and restorative soundscape. Many participants find sound baths deeply relaxing, helping to reduce stress, release tension, improve sleep, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and focus.
