Join us for a free Irish Sign Language (ISL) interpreted tour of Beneath | Beofhód, Shane Hynan’s landmark photographic project exploring the culture, history, and changing landscapes of Ireland’s peat bogs.

Led by an experienced guide and ISL interpreter, this tour offers an opportunity to engage with Hynan’s powerful images and stories of community, tradition, environmental change, and our evolving relationship with the land. Drawing on over a decade of research and image-making in the Irish Midlands, the exhibition reflects on the social, cultural, historical, and ecological significance of boglands in contemporary Ireland.
