Open Body Expressed Mind with Debora Balardini

Debora Balardini, co-founder of Group Dot BR, invites participants to join a physical theatre workshop integrating Choreographic Theatre, Roy Hart Technique for the Voice, and Hatha Yoga concepts, fostering freedom in artistic expression through movement and vocal work to enhance imagination, creativity, body awareness, self-expression, and creativity.

Debora is a performer, theatre director, educator, and integrative therapist specializing in body reading. She worked in Japan, Argentina, France, and Chile before making her home in New York City. Her performance background spans dance, Choreographic Theatre (Pantheatre-Paris), and Roy Hart's extended range voice technique. Debora is one of the founders of Group Dot BR - NY’s only Brazilian theatre company and a recipient of the 2019 Social Impact and Innovation in Arts Award and received an official proclamation from the US National Council of Women with the United Nations Economic/Social Council for her humanitarian work for women empowerment.
