Description: The session will explore how to recognise the clinical presentation of thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), assess the patient effectively, and develop a physiotherapy management plan. We will consider both neurogenic and vascular TOS, when to escalate care and what an effective clinical pathway involves from identification through to consultant level of care. We will go through subjective and objective assessment and evidence-informed rehabilitation strategies, using clinical examples to link theory to practice.
