A narrative-based approach to encounters in health and social care that can enrich all professional work.

This course is suited to participants who are
1. clinicians, educators, and researchers interested in narrative practice approaches to support their communication skills
2. able to attend all dates and participate actively during sessions. 

We are excited to offer this popular course to provide further support to embed learning.

What is PIC-C?

PIC-C is a narrative-based approach to communication. It helps professionals to develop new interactional skills and reflect on their experiences through skillful questioning. It is applicable in a wide range of settings:
   • Person-centred clinical consultations
   • Supervision and mentoring
   • Reflective practice training
   • Conflict resolution
   • Leadership and management

No refunds will be made for cancellations notified within seven days of the event, but substitute delegates will be accepted at any time. Once the PPA have had confirmation that your payment has been received, the administrator will be in touch within a few days to confirm receipt of payment and to request further information such as any dietary requirements, or special needs.
