Join us as an exhibitor at the Pictona Open by Emerge Insurance Services. It will be held October 24- 27. 

This is Pictona's flagship tournament each fall, and it has 900 registered players!

Exhibitor's Row is in the heart of the 41 courts that will be used for this large tournament. Players enjoy playing in a round-robin format with a playoff, and the finals are played on the championship court in MetroHealth Stadium. It is always a memorable experience! 

Exhibitors can elect to add a raffle prize each day! Players register at your booths to win that day's prizes. The winners are announced, and they are texted to claim their prize at the Pictona Information booth.

Pictona will provide you:

• One (1) 6’ x 18” table and two chairs if requested (with the possibility of getting an additional table if we have them available).
• One (1) premium parking spot on the grand lawn
• Listing in Revisit Exhibitors Row for sales after the event
• Helpful Pictona staff to make your exhibitor experience enjoyable!

Amenities include The Kitchen, a full-service restaurant, and The Depot, which offers concessions. 

Exhibitor Space Set-Up: Wednesday, October 23, after 12 pm or 6:00 am on October 24th - 27th. Please have set-up complete by 7:45 am prior to competition. It is preferable to have set-up complete by 7 am warm-ups.
