The Chase Jackson Sextet is comprised of six innovative jazz musicians from The San Francisco Bay Area. With a focus on original compositions that weave contemporary styles with modern jazz, the Chase Jackson Sextet strikes a delicate balance between group improvisation and tightly executed moments. This group combines modern jazz, fusion and classical music through intricately composed pieces that encompass a rich harmonic world with rhythmically varied textures. This group will be performing all original music from Chase's debut album Lay Of The Land.
