Nestled in the coastal paradise of Ahangama, on Sri Lanka's south coast, this retreat blends energizing Pilates sessions, guided surf lessons and coaching, and moments of pure relaxation.

Our home boasts two venues. Choose the Boutique Hotel, with its main pool area and restaurant, or the Paddy Lodge, where you can opt for a studio with a private pool and paddy field views. Pilates and yoga sessions take place at the Paddy Lodge, while meals are enjoyed at the Boutique Hotel. The two venues sit just 500m apart, connected by free tuk-tuk transfers. Lush!

Suitable for Beginner (needing a push into broken or baby green waves, can pop up) and 

Intermediate Surfers (catching your own green waves, popping up most of the time and learning to turn).
