Need help?
Have you ever wanted to try dirty talk but didn't know where to start? Or tried it and felt a little... cringe? You're not alone. Most people feel that way at first. This workshop is here to change that.
What is this workshop?
How to Dirty Talk is a 90-minute online workshop designed to give you real, practical tools to use dirty talk and sexting confidently, in your own voice and at your own pace. No scripts. No pressure. Just a solid foundation you can build on.
Whether you're brand new to dirty talk or just want to get better at it, this workshop is for you.
What you'll learn
- What dirty talk actually is and why so many people find it hard to start
- How it works in the brain and why it's more powerful than most people realise
- How to find your own voice and make it feel natural, not rehearsed
- How to play with scenarios and build confidence over time
- A dedicated section on sexting (what works, what doesn't, and how to make it fun)
- How to incorporate dirty talk naturally into your everyday intimate life
- How to approach it with consent, because both people need to be on board
