Everything you need is provided

All tools, paints, brushes, and a high-quality miniature bust are included. The larger scale helps you focus on volume, detail, and advanced techniques. We’ll also provide coffee, tea, and snacks during sessions.

Close to the center of Utrecht

We’re located at Ravellaan 13 in Utrecht, in a former school building for gifted children — now a creative workspace filled with artists, educators, and small businesses.

​​We focus on advanced techniques

This course dives deeper into miniature painting with topics like volumetry, lighting theory, color harmony, blending, and brush control. You’ll work on a larger bust, ideal for understanding structure and refining your technique.

Co-hosted by experienced professionals

Your instructors are Wouter Schaap (Miniature Painting Workshops) and Axel Beier (Pink Orc Studios), both with years of experience in the miniature painting world and teaching.

Language

The course will be in Dutch or English, depending on the group's preference. Axel's Dutch is his second language but speaks it fluently.
