"The Art of Storytelling in the Age of AI"
With Giuseppe Caltabiano
Summary
Humans have been telling stories for as long as we can remember. We used them to survive, to lead, to connect. Then came AI, and suddenly anyone can generate a paragraph, a blog post, a campaign in seconds. So what happens to storytelling when execution becomes effortless?
In this session Giuseppe argues that storytelling does not become less valuable in the age of AI. It becomes the only thing that truly matters.
We will explore what storytelling actually is, why the human brain is wired to respond to narrative, and what separates a story that moves people from content that simply fills space. We will look at some of the most memorable plots in history, We will look at some of the most memorable story structures in history, including the Hero’s Journey, and see them at work in great commercials and advertising.
This is not a talk about tools or prompts. It is about the skill that AI cannot replicate: the ability to craft stories, create tension, and make someone care.
