"How to Reconnect to Your Body, Sexuality and Desire"
With Emma-Louise Boynton

Summary
Join Emma-Louise Boynton, founder of the sell-out live series Sex Talks, for an intimate solo talk inspired by her debut book "Pleasure: The Reclamation of My Body" (out 28 May 2026).

For years, Emma-Louise was disconnected from her body and her desires. It wasn’t until she stepped into the sex therapy room that everything shifted. This evening explores why so many women have internalised the idea that pleasure is something to perform rather than feel, and what changes when we unlearn that story.

Emma-Louise will unpack the myths that shape our cultural depiction of sex and pleasure, before drawing on her training as a sexologist and intimacy coach to share a practical blueprint designed to help you move from analysis into sensation; to reconnect with desire without guilt; to remove the male gaze from your inner dialogue; and to build small, daily pleasure rituals that shift confidence from the inside out.

The evening will conclude with a guided embodied exercise and live Q&A. Because how you inhabit your body in private shapes how you inhabit power in public.
