Rolling out Behaviour Support and Safety Plans
This presentation provides a practical overview of how Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and Safety Plans are developed, introduced, and implemented.
Participants will learn how Behaviour Consultants gather and assess information to inform BSP development, become familiar with the key components of the updated BSP format, and understand the roles and responsibilities of team members in supporting consistent implementation.
The presentation will emphasize collaboration, treatment integrity, clear communication, and the importance of translating written plans into practical, person-centred support across everyday environments.
This online course is part of Pivot Point’s ongoing education series for CLBC agency partners, individuals receiving services, and caregivers.
This event will take place on Wednesday, December 16, 2026 from 9am - 12 pm PST / 10am - 1 pm MST
