A transnational, live simultaneous multi-city event across 6 timezones

Gaza, Sudan, Ukraine, Iran, all over the world societies and territories are consumed through exploitation, extractivism, displacement and war. Crimes that black, brown and indigenous people have been resisting for decades, are intensifying globally. The post war reality is vaporising in the heat of raw power where consent is no longer manufactured but imposed. Repressive immigration policies, racist neocolonial tactics, live streamed genocides and surveilled, militarised borders.

The necessity to defend people and everyday life against social collapse, calls for a global response, mass participation and determination.

Join us for an experiment in transnational organising.

Since the mass repression and resistance against ICE in the US, we have been opening discussions with friends and comrades from various cities in the US involved in resistance the Trump regime. From Los Angeles in California, to the Twin Cities in Minneapolis, Detroit, Michigan and New York, come and hear direct from those involved in struggles to resist ICE.

What ICE represents is the coming together of surveillance capital, A.I. driven military technology, violent fascistic elements recruited from the wider population along with the colonial death zones as forms of Governance that we have watched in Gaza and the West Bank. This is not just driven by de-humanising and idealogical rhetoric, but is a symptom of a global empire of capital and state domination that is loosing consent, and reassert itself with ever violent means.

Whether in US, Britain, Europe or Gaza - the same companies, the same policies, the same means of control and exclusion are being rolled out. Thats why we are saying that Fighting ICE Everywhere is becoming a call to unify the terrain and name the processes at work.

On Saturday May 2nd, we will host simultaneous, multi-city events under the banner of Fighting ICE Everywhere - held across six timezones, we will host a live panel with with speakers from LA Tenants Union, Arizona Migra Watch, No Detention Centers in Michigan & DAMN (Direct Action Minnesota). 

The Format

Live Presentations (via an online stream) from an assembled online panel directly involved in struggles followed by an assembly of participants in a place of your choosing to reflect, inquire and translate those experiences to your local context. Finally, feedback from the assemblies to all spaces, finishing with responses from the assembled panel.
