Planet Wimborne Green Festival - River Allen Listening Experience

Take a stroll along the River Allen and listen to the sounds of different species living above and below the surface. Test your knowledge of wildlife calls with a sound quiz!  Please arrive at Cafe @ The Allendale before 2pm to meet Professor Adrian Newton, who will lead the tour.  Please wear appropriate clothes and foot wear for this outdoor tour.

Please also consider donating to Plant Wimborne either on-line (please note an administration charge will be incurred) or on the day to help cover costs for running the event.

Travel arrangements

Please consider travelling to the event by walking, cycling or by bus (buses will drop you off in Wimborne Square and the venue is a 5 minute walk away). If you do drive (and there are car parks in the town) please consider car sharing.

There are toilets and accessible toilets in the Allendale Centre.
