Planet Wimborne Green Festival 2025 - Bird Ringing at Deans Court

This free bird ringing event is being held at Deans Court on Sunday 11th October.  This is a great opportunity to join the Wilding Wimborne team, together with members of the Stour Ringing Group, and check the birds that are found locally to us.  Please meet at the gate at the end of Deans Court Lane before the 9.30am start.  Please wear appropriate clothing and foot wear for this outdoor event.

Please note numbers are limited so please order your free tickets.  You can also pick up tickets from the Fair Ground shop in the Corn Market.

Travel arrangements

Please consider how you will travel to the event and where possible walk, wheel or use the bus (buses will drop you off in the Square and it is about 10 minutes to reach Deans Court).  If you do drive, please car share where possible.  There are several car parks near the venue.

Accessibility and toilets

Please be aware the ground is uneven. There are no toilets on site. The nearest toilets and accessible toilet are in Cook Row (about 5 minutes away).
