Staying Well Under Pressure

Tue 17 Nov 2026 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM GMT Online, Zoom

How to stay mentally strong when demands keep growing, understanding stress and developing practical tools to manage your wellbeing.

As the demands of work and everyday life continue to grow, it can become increasingly difficult to switch off, recharge and maintain a healthy balance.

This engaging and practical webinar explores how our minds and bodies respond to pressure, why we sometimes find ourselves caught in unhelpful stress cycles and how this can affect our wellbeing, relationships and performance.

Drawing on psychological approaches and real-world clinical experience, participants will discover practical strategies to manage their responses to stress, focus on what they can control, navigate challenging situations and protect their mental energy, helping them stay mentally strong when life gets demanding.

Delivered by Insula Wellbeing, a Northern Ireland-based mental health and wellbeing organisation, specialising in providing professional psychological support, workplace wellbeing programmes and practical mental health education.

Insula Wellbeing work with organisations across a range of sectors, and combines extensive clinical experience with a practical, preventative approach, helping individuals and workplaces better understand mental health, manage pressure and maintain positive psychological wellbeing.
