Important Information

VIP tickets give each attendee full access to PlannerFest and JournalFest, including all content. If you book a PlannerFest ticket, you are not limited only to planning content and if you book a JournalFest ticket, you are not limited to only journaling content. The VIP tickets are AAA (access all areas) and you can attend everything that interests you - follow your passions! 

The reason why we ask you to specify whether you select a PlannerFest or JournalFest ticket is to help with starting conversations and making friends on the day, as your badge is a different colour depending on which option is chosen. The registration form will also primarily ask questions about planning or journaling, depending on the VIP ticket selected.

The booking form also asks you to select if you would prefer to be seated with only planner lovers, only journal lovers, or a mix of planning and journalling lovers. You can also specify a "quiet" table if you do not want the pressure to talk.

On completion of your booking, you will receive your event ticket. Please bring these tickets with you to the event - either as a printout or on your mobile phone. 

If you are paying in installments, the ticket will only be valid once paid in full. You will pay the first installment at the time of booking and then will receive an invoice with details of how to make the remaining payment(s) at your convenience within 90 days. This means that you will not have to pay anything else until March if you so wish and can choose your own payment schedule.

There is also the option for a VIP ticket to be purchased as a gift, a brilliant Christmas present idea! Only basic information needs to be confirmed when booking the ticket, we will then contact the recipient attending to confirm the registration details we need.

There is a concessionary rate of £60 for children/teenagers/young adults aged 17 and under, when accompanied by an adult VIP. Children must be accompanied at all times.

In terms of current hotel rates, these do change all the time but these are some current options based on staying the Friday night (night prior to the event), based on one adult, one night, single occupancy:

• Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford (9 minute drive/taxi, parking on site): Advance Standard Room £63
• Campanile Manchester (free car park, 5 minute drive to the event venue, Manchester Central): £76.50 member rate (instant free sign up to become a member)
• Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West (5 minutes drive/12 minute walk to Manchester Central): Advance Standard Room £80
• Travelodge Manchester Central (9 minute drive/15 minute walk): Standard Room Saver Rate £94.99
• Premier Inn Manchester City Centre Princess Street hotel (6 minutes drive/17 minutes walk to Manchester Central): Advance Standard Room £97

If for any reason you become unable to attend the event you may transfer your ticket. Please email bex@plannerfest.co.uk with the name and email address of the person who will be attending in your place.
