PlannerFest and JournalFest VIP Friday Social Tickets
5.30-7pm, Friday 24th July 2026 (with additional shopping from 3.30pm onwards)
Additional Optional VIP Social Event.

VIP PlannerFest/JournalFest Attendees attending the Saturday can also book to attend a Friday night social event. First introduced in 2025, this is a relaxed social event to meet new planner and journal friends. Please bring your main journal or planner along. Welcome drink included.

Tickets are £36 but only available with a Saturday Ticket, not available separately (Friday night and full day Saturday ticket £135).

This also gives access to additional shopping on the Friday from 3.30pm onwards - arrive any time after 3.30pm! You are able to arrive, leave and re-enter the building during this time too, please just show your VIP Pass.

PlannerFest and JournalFest VIP AAA (access all areas) Tickets
9am-4.30pm, Saturday 25th July 2026

Included in the Saturday VIP PlannerFest/JournalFest Ticket:

• A full day of workshops and presentations in the VIP conference room 
• Mix and mingle with journal lovers, planner lovers or journal and planner lovers. Ensure you have a base and a place to rest between all the shopping and activities!
• Grab bag lunch and refreshments
• Epic goodie bag
• VIP Creativity Zone activities throughout the day, in a large dedicated room, adjacent to the VIP conference room
• Swaps and sharing tables (more tables than 2025!)
• #Plannerstack / #Journalstack and photo opportunities
• Raffle, competitions and spot prizes
• Full, unlimited access to StationeryFest shopping and marketplace all day (stallholders, shopping and creativity stations).
• Plus exclusive VIP shopping and access to the SF exhibition hall between 9-10am and 4-4.30pm - shop without the crowds!

All tickets are subject to a booking fee.

Important Information

VIP tickets give each attendee full access to PlannerFest and JournalFest, including all content. The VIP tickets are AAA (access all areas) and you can come and go freely and attend/participate in everything that interests you - follow your passions! 

We know how quickly the VIP tickets sold out last year, so this year you only need to fill in basic details to book your VIP ticket. You will then be directed to a longer form to share your interests and give us the further information we need after you have booked so you can complete at your leisure.

On completion of your booking, you will receive your event ticket. Please bring these tickets with you to the event - either as a printout or on your mobile phone.

On the longer registration form we ask you to specify whether you are a planner, journaller, or both. This determines the colour of your badge to help with starting conversations and making friends on the day, as your badge is a different colour depending on which option is chosen. The registration form will ask questions about planning and journaling, and your seating preferences, which help us to find out more about you and your interests and plan the event.

If you are paying in installments, the ticket will only be valid once paid in full. You will pay the first installment at the time of booking and then will receive an invoice with details of how to make the remaining payment(s) at your convenience before 1st June. This means that you can choose your own payment schedule.

There is a concessionary rate of £75 (Saturday only) or £99 (Friday and Saturday) for children/teenagers/young adults aged 17 and under, when accompanied by an adult VIP. Children must be accompanied at all times.

Non participating carers/support workers/personal assistants/companions can attend for £35 (Saturday only) or £50 (Friday and Saturday). Please note that you will not have a seat at a table in the main room but will be able to be seated in a room nearby. Evidence of carer status is required. 

If you are a carer/support worker/personal assistant/companion that wants to participate and/or be seated on the same table in the VIP conference room there is a concessionary rate of £75 (Saturday only) or £99 (Friday and Saturday). Evidence of carer status is required.

Located in the heart of the North West, Wigan boasts fantastic transport links:

• Rail: Wigan North Western and Wigan Wallgate stations provide direct connections to Manchester, Liverpool, London, and beyond.

• Road: Situated near the M6 and M61 motorways, it’s easily accessible by car.

• Air: Manchester and Liverpool John Lennon Airports are within an hour’s drive.

There is car parking on site for 200+ cars, charged at £5/£6 per 12 hours.
