A deep dive into autumn’s riches. This walk will explore the edible and medicinal funghi, roots, trees and lichens available at this time of year.

The pace of these walks creates space for restorative renewal. With a morning spent foraging in the woods with a break for a delicious shared foraged tea,  we hope you will go home with confidence in autumn foraging and how best to use both plants and mushrooms to enhance your health and diet.

We hope you will gain:

  • A relationship with over 15 mushrooms and plants, as well as any poisonous ones encountered.
  • Understanding of 5 medicinal trees, and how best to harvest them.
  • Methods of preparation to make herbal remedies at home.
  • A sense of confidence in your own foraging practice.
  • Renewed energy and peace of mind.
  • A relationship with wild plants that will last a lifetime.
