This month, we will hear from Ashley Crocker, Counsellor and Coach will be presenting on “Stess in the Caring Profession”.

Stress in the caring professions gets treated as inevitable, just the price of doing meaningful work. Ashley Crocker, Counsellor and Coach, will share how he discovered that stress isn’t created by our caseloads, our systems, or the weight of what we witness, but by an internal story running underneath it all, one we stop noticing because it feels so familiar.

For people who give so much of themselves to others, this shift matters more than most: when you understand where stress genuinely comes from, you’re no longer fighting a losing battle against circumstances you can’t control. This is an invitation to see your work, and yourself within it, differently.

This event is open to anybody working with or supporting people with poor mental health. So whether you are a charity or organisation offering support, or a business looking for support with your employees please do come along.
