All are welcome to join our Shamanic Drum Circle, whether you are new to drumming or an experienced practitioner.  We offer you the opportunity to play with an authentic hand made shamanic frame drum if you do not have your own. This is a place to connect with your playful side, with your own shamanic nature and the ancient spiritual power of the drum.

The shamanic frame drum is a powerful tool to channel healing energy. Shamanic drumming can help you step into your power, feel more confident, be playful and express yourself with sound, enhance your manifestation skills, advance your spiritual growth and assist personal and collective transformation. 

During our community shamanic drum sessions we share different techniques used by shamans and sacred drummers across the globe to assist in creating a community connection and healing. As we drum together we often experience gentle trance states, like a meditation, which can be blissful and deeply soothing to our busy minds. Together we raise our vibration and step into our power as sacred drummers. Participants also often experience healing, as we drum, we are clearing old energies which are ready to be transformed.

Please join us within this inclusive community drum circle, to explore shamanic drumming for its healing potential and to gather with other like minded folk to share the love of drum. Guided by Sorrell Robbins (Plant Spirit Medicine Woman) & Rosie Saunders. Rosie is a gifted drum healer and teacher and is extremely experienced in holding healing shamanic drum circles.

We will be a small group of up to 12 drummers. No drum required - we have plenty to share, but please do bring your drum if you wish to.
