Everything in the universe vibrates: from the whisper of a leaf to the pulse of the stars. Sound is the primordial heartbeat of creation, and music, its universal language. For humans, singing is not just a creative expression; it is a path to transcendence, a bridge between the mundane and the divine.

The Voice, our most intimate and sacred instrument, resonates with ancestral echoes. Since time immemorial, it has been used in healing rituals, as a channel for spiritual connection and a key to higher states of consciousness. When we sing with sacred intention, breath, mind, and heart merge into a harmonious flow that transports us to deep peace and a precious state of contemplation. Sacred singing opens an inner space of living silence, where vibration becomes a healing dance that harmonises our being.


The Science and Art of Vibration
Modern science confirms what spiritual traditions have always known: vibration has a profound impact on our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Cymatics, the science that studies the effects of sound on matter, reveals how correct vibrations can transform and harmonise from the molecular to the energetic level.


A Holistic Approach to Sacred Singing
Sharif Castro proposes the harmonious integration of ancestral teachings, intertwining various practices that amplify the power of sound. This holistic approach combines:
⫸ Anapanasati Yoga to develop full attention to breathing.
⫸ The controlled breathing of Sufi Hadra, a powerful tool for accessing altered states of consciousness.
⫸ Zen meditative postures, which promote the circulation of vital energy and cultivate equanimity.
⫸ Rhythm work in Tala Yoga, using rhythmic trance as a vehicle for transformation.
⫸ The healing power of vibration in Nada Yoga, capable of restructuring and healing from the physical to the spiritual.

In addition to manifesting the power of intention, channelled through sacred languages such as Sanskrit, whose sounds are considered carriers of deeply healing energy.


Introduction to Sacred Singing
This retreat is open to everyone, with or without previous singing experience. Through simple yet profound teaching, you will discover the transformative potential of Sacred Singing, and how this practice can touch your heart and elevate your consciousness.


Key aspects we will cover, always with mindful attention:
⫸ Voice liberation and energy release.
⫸ Vocal techniques to use the voice correctly and avoid injury.
⫸ Introduction to proper posture for sacred singing.
⫸ Breathing techniques to alter consciousness and access deep states.


All of this in accordance with the 6 laws of Vedic singing:
⫸ Varnas: Attention to pronunciation.
⫸ Svarah: The melody in relation to the primordial sound.
⫸ Balam: The vibrational potency.
⫸ Matra: The vibration and its connection to breathing.
⫸ Santanah: Rhythm, pauses, and accents.
⫸ Samá: Harmony among all the previous laws.


Sacred Chants
During the retreat, we will explore a rich variety of ancestral chants from diverse wisdom traditions, including:

Used since ancient times in ceremonies and healing rituals, they facilitate an intense connection with the divine and the transcendent.

Payment: in 3 steps.
     1. Deposit: via TicketTailor, 60€ (+2€ of platform fees).
     2. Confirmation Transfer: via payment link / bank transfer of 100€ or 300€,
                                   or as agreed (as part of the booking process).
                                    This step and the previous one have 19% for VAT included.
                                    Invoice possible upon request.
     3. Cash Contribution: bring in cash the rest of your contribution, according to your Tier
