Day & Time: Mondays from 3 - 4 PM

Ages: 3-18 months

About: This group meets for open play for the first 40 minutes before coming together for a circle time led by our very own Teacher Brittany that includes bubbles, books, songs, sensory play, and loads of other surprises.

For Tummy Time Baby Play Dates we arrange our space to encourage both gross and fine motor play to build developing muscles and coordination. We also provide plenty of pre-sanitized toys that are selected to be developmentally stimulating and irresistibly interactive.

Parents really do have a lot to bond over and this group always includes plenty of lively and fun conversation. We love this group's village atmosphere that is soothing for baby and parent alike!

About Brittany: Teacher Brittany is the co-owner of Playforest and Little Seeds Farm School and an early childhood educator for nearly 15 years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Portland State University with focuses in early childhood education and Spanish. Brittany traveled and taught internationally - experiences that continue to inform her approach to early childhood education and community. 

Note to Parents About Circle Gatherings: Although events at Playforest often involve circle gatherings, they are entirely optional for littles ones. Some children may choose to continue with their open play instead of joining the group. Other children might prefer to observe the event peripherally before they are comfortable fully participating. We support children in all periods of their development and encourage parents to relax and help their child enjoy their time at any level of participation.

Here's some important info to know before your visit:

• This event is for children ages 3-18 months. Playforest is specially sized for the littlest learners!

• Children who are walking are required to wear non skid socks during play. Appropriate non skid socks may be brought from home or may be purchased at Playforest for $2/pair.

• No outside food is allowed. Playforest offers allergy safe snacks for sale at the front desk.

• Guests are required to sign our digital waiver prior to play. If you arrive at Playforest and still need to sign a waiver, we'd be happy to assist you on our digital kiosk.
