Movement & Materiality

Envivo X Dark Pool is a collaborative performance exploring the space between dance, visual art and sculpture.

Envivo blends performance, drawing and sculptural design.

Dark Pool blurs the boundaries between art forms, creating collaboration in unique spaces across London.

Together they bring contemporary dance into conversation with materials, objects and sculptural forms. The performers manipulate, inhabit and respond to materials, challenging familiar ideas of what the human body can become.

The work questions assumptions about the body, performance and the role of the audience.
