40th annual Carolina Beach MusicFest

The festival takes place on the beach at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and is the longest running beach music festival in the United States that is still held on the sand! Groove to your favorite classic tunes at the edge of the ocean all day!

Coolers and beach chairs are permitted. (Please no glass or hard liquor, umbrellas or Shibumi shades.)

The Carolina Beach MusicFest is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued due to:

• Rain

• Heat

• Wind

• Temporary performance delays caused by weather or a Severe Weather Event Early Closure

The event may be paused, delayed, or modified for safety reasons.

Artist Lineup Changes
The artist lineup is subject to change. No refunds will be issued due to:
• Artist substitutions
• Schedule changes
• Performance time adjustments

Evacuati

on or Early Closure
If the event is evacuated or ends early due to:
• Severe weather
• Safety concerns
• City or emergency authority directive

Refunds are not offered.

No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for:
• Failure to attend
• Missed entry times
• Lost or unused tickets

Event Changes & Force Majeure
The festival is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond its
control, including but not limited to:
• Acts of God
• Severe weather
• Government orders
• Public safety emergencies
