Location: The event series will take place online using Microsoft Teams - you can join sessions using the Microsoft Teams app or using your web browser. Participants will use webcams and microphones to contribute to these sessions.

Sessions take place over nine weeks, every two weeks on Fridays, between 10:30am and 12:00pm:

• Friday 9th June
• Friday 23rd June
• Friday 7th July
• Friday 21st July
• Friday 4th August

Tickets and on-the-day arrangements: When you buy a ticket to this programme of events, you will receive access to all five 90-minute online sessions. Details of how to join the sessions will be shared in advance. You will be able to join as many of the five sessions as you wish. Any sessions you don't attend will not be reimbursed or rescheduled, but each session will be valuable on its own, so don't worry if you happen to miss a session, you'll still gain benefits from attending the remaining sessions in the programme. Tickets are only available in advance and via this page. Tickets can be purchased either using a credit/debit card or via invoice.
