Parent and child yoga and mindfulness workshop

Alori yoga is coming back to Plonk after popular demand for parent and child yoga. Taking place on 6th July at 3.40pm. 
These will be parent and child sessions and are designed for parents to have quality time to connect with their children. Brought to you through games, stories, yoga poses and craft. The sessions will be held in small groups to allow everybody space to move freely and relax. Suitable for pre school children from age 3- 4 upwards. Plonk will be open afterwards for food and drinks with toys and games to keep little ones entertained. We look forward to seeing you there.
