Underwater Egg Hunt 2026! 🐣✨🌷

Bring a swimsuit and join springtime fun at Plunge San Diego with our Annual Underwater Egg Hunt event. 🐣 🐰

This event features open swim in our 85-degree heated pool, our award-winning giant floating obstacle course, underwater and dry-land spring egg hunts, bouncy houses, a special Glow in the Dark egg hunt, and local vendors. Plus, the Bunny will make an appearance for meet and greet photo opportunities!

**The underwater egg hunt will include both floating and sunken eggs in the shallow end of the pool (2.5-3 feet of water) for participants to collect eggs with their age groups, then turn in the collected eggs for prizes. All eggs used for the underwater egg hunt remain property of Plunge San Diego and must be returned. Eggs picked up during the dry-land hunt can be kept by the participants.

**Important: This year we will be capping the Race the Bunny registrations to 15 enrollments only to ensure every registered participant has the chance to participate and fully run the obstacle course. Registration for Race the Bunny will open at 5:30pm at the Front Desk. First come, first serve so come early to register for the correct age group. If you missed registrations, don't worry! There is no cap for the Underwater Egg Hunt and the Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt.**

Included: Each participant will receive a spring goodie bag after completing the underwater spring egg hunt. Dry-land Glow in the Dark hunt eggs and prizes can be kept by the participants. All attendees will receive a complimentary day pass to return to Plunge San Diego in 2026 ($30 value).

Ticket Information:

General Admission Tier 2 are $45 and $35 each for group tickets *must buy 4 or more for group tickets.  VIP SOLD OUT (VIP Includes exclusive access to the VIP deck including snacks, refreshments & additional prizes).

All guests must purchase a ticket to attend the event. Children and adults, whether they are swimming or not swimming, are the same cost. Guests aged 3 and under are only $5, which can be pre-purchased. All guests must have a GA or VIP ticket to attend this event; Facility Passes will not be available.

This event sold out the past three years, and we anticipate it to sell out very quickly this year.

Plunge & Fit Members are eligible for 50% off tickets - Limit 5 tickets per member. Membership will be verified upon purchase.

No refunds will be issued.

Space is limited for each tier of tickets. Very limited tickets may be available for purchase at the door. VIP SOLD OUT

Event Schedule:

5:15 PM – VIP Early Access (VIP lounges, pizza, snacks & prizes included with the VIP tickets)

5:30 PM - Event starts—Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks & treats available while supplies last for all guests.

5:30 PM - 7:15 PM - Pool activities and floating obstacle course open. Underwater Egg Hunts will be done in heats with age groups in a designated area. All underwater eggs must be turned in for prizes.

5:30 PM – 7:45 PM - Bounce houses Open.

5:30 PM – 7:45 PM - Face Paint, Balloon Art, and entertainment station open. 

5:30 PM – 7:30 PM – Craft Station Open

7:15 PM – Race the Bunny Contest for Mega Prizes based on age groups sign-ups required day of (Obstacle course closed)

7:45 PM - 8 PM - Glow in the Dark Exit Egg Hunt

8:00 PM - Event Ends (Guests must leave the building by 8:15 PM)
