Workshop: DEATH-REBIRTH & Pneuma Breathwork

An intensive weekend to review the concepts related to death and the process of dying from a three-fold perspective: physical, psychological and spiritual or mystical. The aim is for you to obtain the keys that allow access to a more harmonious, full and happy life.

Key concepts:

• The processes of death and rebirth: life cycles and how to let go of what isn't useful anymore.
• Life and the way we live: Karma-Dharma, Evolution and Involution, Recurrence, Rebirth, Reincarnation.
• Death in ancient traditions. The Tibetan Book of the Dead and the Egyptian Book of the Dead: The Book of Coming Forth by Day into Light.
• Mystical Death: ceasing to be the ego in order to be born again in the Inner Being. Archetypes in the process of death. Alchemical transformation.

Methodology: The workshop is designed to encourage active reflection and participation, complete with self-observation practices and a deep analysis of the contents we have about this topic in our psyche: ideas, beliefs, projections, fears, etc. To further develop our personal process we will also learn meditation practices and methods of retrospection.

Instructor: Maite Pardo Sol

Maite is an educator with a Masters in Communication Psychopathology. She is a member of the international staff of the Pneuma Institute and a Transpersonal Pyschotherapist. She is a member of the European Transpersonal Psychology Association (ETPA), the European Transpersonal Association (EUROTAS) and the Ibero-American Transpersonal Association (ITA).

Maite travels throughout Europe and the Americas offering courses and trainings, individual consultations, and participating in congresses and conferences, with a practical vision and a remarkable ability to provide applicable and effective solutions to challenges faced by participants. With over 30 years of experience in the field of child and adult education, Maite has a wealth of knowledge to share with our parent group.

In the field of Pneuma Transpersonal Psychology and under the mentorship of Prof. Juan Ruiz Naupari, she has developed training in "Pneuma Dreamwork, Dreams for Awakening" and "Psychoenergetic Therapy – Solar Magnetism.
