The extraordinary experience of Pneuma Breathwork has the power to nourish and heal us on all levels. Designed specifically for children aged 5-12, Pneuma Breathwork for Kids is a practice that aims to connect children with the wisdom of their hearts. From this point of connection, children can experience beautiful emotions of love, wonder and peace, and can develop greater resilience to navigate through our chaotic world.

Please consider having your child join us for an upcoming Pneuma Breathwork in North Vancouver. Each breathwork session is led by two facilitators and consists of a short introduction, 60 minutes of breathwork, and time for sharing and drawing mandalas. Light snacks are also provided following the breathwork. This is a drop-off event for children aged 5-12. Please reach out to us at vancouver@pneumainstitute.org with any questions.
