Description
We are looking forward to offering Pneuma Breathwork in Toronto after many years:)
Pneuma Breathwork is a revolutionary, profound, and easy to do practice that naturally leads us to extraordinary or Transpersonal states by dynamically breathing light.
The goal is to open our perception in order to connect with our Spiritual Essence, which leads to healing, inner peace, and greater wellbeing in our lives.
The Breathwork is accompanied by music specially prepared for this Transpersonal work. We integrate the experience by drawing a mandala and sharing our insights in a supportive environment.
Transpersonal experiences together with the map of consciousness proposed by ancient traditions make this technique a valuable tool for healing and inner development.
