Girls & Gays Pool Night

For all the girls and gays who love pool — or have been meaning to try it but never quite did — Pocket Society is bringing a new format to Flukes at Big Penny Social with the support of Where Queers Go.

Whether you’re a pool regular or have absolutely no idea what you’re doing, you’re welcome. We’re creating a relaxed, welcoming space to play, chat, meet new people and have a cheeky drink.

We’ll run a light-hearted tournament format designed for all levels. You don’t need to be good, and you definitely don’t need to know the rules — we’ll explain everything on the night.

The structure of the evening:

7:30–8pm: Arrive, grab a drink & meet other guests
8pm: Tournament starts
9:30–10:30pm*: Hang out, chat & play casual games of pool

*Please note that tournament timings may vary depending on the flow of the games.
