The first Masterclass will help you recognise the difference between actual performance and 'performance indicators'. It will also explore how you can interpret data and make informed decisions based upon it.

This Masterclass will provide you with a practical framework to help you understand, maintain and improve your organisation's performance so that you can make the best use of resources.
Performance Masterclass 3: Analysing Performance - 23rd September (Early bird £200 + VAT, full price £250 + VAT)
This Masterclass gives an entertaining and informative overview of how statistics can help you understand performance. Aimed at the non-specialist, it tells you what you need to know to be an informed reader of reports: the problems and pitfalls to avoid, the questions to ask, and how not to be deceived.
