Tickets for are for 1 hour Playtime for 1 kid & 1 adult, on per entry basis.
- Kindly note that tickets validity is from 9th September 2024 Monday to 15th November 2024 Friday (inclusive).

- Tickets only valid at The Polliwogs Vivo City
- No extension is allowed.
- At the end of the session, all guests must leave the premises else there may be additional time/charges incur for time extension. Late comers will have less play time and cannot be extended.
- Due to health & safety regulations, there may be prevailing regulations at your time of visit. Kindly take note that online tickets purchased are non refundable.
- Please be reminded that anti-slip socks have to be worn at all times within The Polliwogs' premises by all kids and adults. Should you forget to bring along your anti-slip socks, they can be purchased at the front counter.
