Admission Ticket to The Polliwogs @ Suntec City

Tickets for are for Playtime on per entry basis for 2hrs play duration only.  Please arrive 10 minutes before your session for safety briefings. At the end of the session, all guests must leave the premises as the centre will need to undergo cleaning and sanitization after each session.  Late comers will have less play time and cannot be extended.

There is a maximum group size of 5 (adults and kids). If your group is larger than 5, you will be split into groups of 5 upon check-in at The Polliwogs. Please ensure you have at least 1 adult per group of 5.  Kindly take note that online tickets purchased will only be valid on your selected date and choice of centre. There will be no refund.

Please be reminded that anti-slip socks and masks have to be worn at all times within The Polliwogs' premises by all kids and adults.  Should you forget to bring along your anti-slip socks or masks, they can be purchased at the front counter. 

Enhanced Health-Safety protocols due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

There are stringent precautionary health safety checks in place at The Polliwogs as a condition of entry for all adults and children. We have pro-actively taken the following steps: 

(1) As a condition of entry, all visitors (adults and children) must be fit and 100% well. You must not be in any sort of Stay Home Orders or Quarantine or have knowingly been exposed to Covid-19 and have not 100% been certified negative for CoVid-19. We will be conducting precautionary monitoring of temperature, and collection of contact details (necessary for in case of necessary contact tracing) and enforcing Safe Entry requirements.

(2) Capped the visitors to our centers to a maximum of 25% of our regular capacity.   As such, you are highly encouraged to pre-book your tickets and play slots online. 

(3) Masks, Covered Anti-Slip Socks and other coverings (as mandated by regulations) must be worn at all times whilst at The Polliwogs. Masks may be taken off only during consumption of food and drinks. Coloured bands will be distributed at the start of your session. Please keep them on at all times so that we can identify the group you are with.

(4) Group Size is limited to 5 guests (adults and child). You may not inter-mingle between groups and stay at least 1-metre apart at all times. Your group will be given a coloured band upon entry. Our staffs have been briefed and will enforce safe distancing measures. 

(5) We will conduct cleaning and sanitization routines after each session and at the end of each day.  We appreciate your cooperation to vacate the premises at the end of your play session to facilitate this process.
