Join Poppy Altmann, Ruth Tudor and her herd in the beautiful setting of Trealy Farm in Monmouthshire, for a Beltane weekend of deep diving into our ancestral past while held by the powerful combination of the herd at Trealy farm in the Chinese year of the Fire Horse, 2026

Poppy Altmann is an experienced Family Constellations Facilitator with 20 years experience as a homeopath. Her particular areas of interest are around the processing of emotions through embodiment practices, and also attunement, both as a facilitator and a participant. In her spare time you’ll find her spending time with her two adult daughters, kayaking or walking by the Thames, practising yoga, horseriding or dancing 5Rhythms.

Ruth Tudor is a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and trainer with additional specialisms in body therapy and equine assisted psychotherapy. She is also a writer and a farmer. She loves to dance, eat well, hang out with horses and humans, and go on pilgrimage.
