Portrush Splash & Dash - Saturday 3 June

The Portrush Splash & Dash is a short swim/run event suitable for both accomplished open water entrants and beginners alike.

Just 50 spaces are available for this event which returns for a second consecutive year to Portrush. 

There are two distances: 

Course A: 500m Swim and a 3km run 

Course B: 1000m Swim and a 5km run

Registration from 1pm. Race starts at 2.30pm. There will be a mandatory safety briefing at the South wall of the Harbour at 2.15pm.

Warm soup and refreshments and changing facilities will be available at Portrush Yacht Club following the event.

Presentation will take place in the Main Bar following the conclusion of the FA Cup Final (approx. 5pm).
