Sarah Neale is a Personal Trainer and a Yoga Teacher She has been teaching group fitness in her local area and Coaching
online since 2020. She combines these skills in addition to a
wealth of life experience to bring together a holistic approach to
wellness that is sustainable. She works with her clients to facilitate
wellness and personal growth to discover how to identify their
individual path to a more positive and healthy lifestyle.
