CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations must be notified by email to events@positivefarmers.ie. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will be fully refunded (apart from non-refundable fees). Cancellations up to 3 days before will incur a 15% cancellation fee, and you will receive a digital copy of the event proceedings. Any special circumstances will be considered and refunded at the discretion of the organising committee. All refunds will be processed after the event. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but name change must be advised by email one week before the event for administration purposes.
