My Birth Practice
7-8.30 Tuesday 1 April - 13 May (*not 15 April)
This is the perfect space to practice supportive, practical techniques with your birth partner, in preparation for your labour and birth.
Maybe you've already done some antenatal sessions or have some lined up but haven't yet practiced anything. This 6-week course gives you and your birth partner the dedicated space for this.
In fun, informative sessions we practice:
*Hypnobirthing Relaxations
*Positions and biomechanics with birth and peanut balls
*Massage
*Breathing techniques
*And connect with other parents-to-be through topical discussions
The more you practice together, the easier these tools will be on the actual day your labour starts and will boost your confidence in navigating your labour and birth together.
