An Ambrotype portrait by Andy Lo Pò
Join us at POST for a rare opportunity to sit for a handcrafted ambrotype portrait by award-winning photographic artist Andy Lo Pò.

Using a large-format 10x8 camera, Andy will create a one-of-a-kind ambrotype on glass using the historic wet plate collodion process, first introduced in the 1850s. Each portrait is entirely unique - rich in detail, texture and atmosphere, and impossible to replicate.

Along with a short video capturing the moment your image is revealed in the darkroom. your finished ambrotype glass plate will be ready to collect a few days later.
