A half-day workshop on self-awareness, managing stress, and staying well in creative work

This workshop is dedicated to the person behind the camera. You spend your working life attuned to light, framing, and telling other people's stories - often at the cost of your own equilibrium.

This workshop offers a grounded, practical space to step back and check in with yourself.

Through guided self-awareness exercises, we'll explore how stress shows up in your body and work, and its impact in your environment. We'll use playful metaphor and reframing techniques to get clarity on ‘working at your best’, shift unhelpful narratives about productivity, perfectionism, and creative identity - the kind of thinking that quietly drains energy over time.

The workshop closes with a focus on sustainable wellbeing: not as an afterthought, but as part of a long, healthy creative career. No prior experience with wellbeing practices is needed - just an open curiosity and willingness to turn the lens inward.
