Throwing Large Workshop

Throwing large is suitable for intermediate and more advanced wheel throwers.

Before lunch there will be a focus on large bowls such as fruit bowls, and after lunch the focus will be on vases.

Students will only be able to keep 2 of their pots from this day as the focus will be on practicing the skill needed to work with at least 2kg of clay. Max on the day will be 5kg at one time.

The pots that will be kept must be trimmed in the participant's own time, but will be fired by the studio when ready.
