Yoga + Book Exchange at 14 Acres Vineyard & Winery with Sarah Schroeder

Join Sarah Schroeder for an all level Vinyasa Flow session at the beautiful 14 Acres— breathe, move, and unwind together!

Included: Yoga class, one glass of wine, and a friendly book exchange.

Class description: Join us for an all-levels vinyasa yoga class, indoors at the beautiful 14 Acres. Blending strengthening postures, balance, and restorative stretches, this class will leave you feeling connected, open, and energized. Come on your own or sign up with a friend! Please bring a yoga mat and a book to exchange (see details below).

• 5:45 - 6:00 pm: Check in

• 6:00 - 6:45 pm: All levels yoga class

• 6:45 - 7:00 pm: A glass of wine is included with your ticket (or NA alternative). 

• 7:00 - 8:00 pm: Book Exchange!
  Bring a new or gently used book that you have enjoyed to participate in a yankee swap / white elephant style book exchange. Please have your book wrapped (wrapping paper, brown paper, gift bag) with three words to describe it written on the outside of the wrapping or on a tag. Books will be placed in the center, and numbers will be drawn.
  
  Whoever draws #1 will select a book to open based on the descriptor words. Person #2 can steal the first book or open a new one, so on and so forth through each number. If a book is stolen, the original owner can open a new book or steal. Person #1 has the chance to steal at the end after all numbers have gone. 

About the Instructor: Sarah Schroeder has been teaching yoga since 2011, helping students connect to their purpose, celebrate their strength, and feel most alive. In that time, Sarah has led classes in nationwide studios, gyms, and community centers, ranging from advanced vinyasa flows to senior fitness and mobility. Experienced in power vinyasa flow, yoga sculpt, restorative yoga, and meditation, Sarah creates inclusive, empowering spaces that encourage growth at every level. Sarah has 200-hour Vinyasa Flow certifications from Yoga One Studio (2011) and CorePower Yoga (2016).
