Thu Jun 20, 2024 12:30 PM - Fri Jun 28, 2024 4:30 PM EDT
Online, Zoom
Description
How often have you heard the advice – “don’t work harder, work smarter”? Did that advice ever come with effective strategies on how?
Now it does!
The Art and Science of Creative Flow, explores just that! Taught by expert guides and practitioners.
By applying Flow, Lean and Agile principles through Kanban you will learn to "work smart" as you optimize the delivery of value and become true artisans of flow in work and life.
Kanban is fast becoming the modern way to manage an organization's delivery of customer value. In today's always-on environment, it offers a clear set of practices and metrics that provide just enough structure without getting in the way - keeping everyone aligned and value flowing at a sustainable pace.
In this four-day course, you will learn powerful and effective ways to use Kanban as a strategy to:
- Facilitate high performance, creativity, and a sustainable pace in your context.
- Optimize individual and team effectiveness, efficiency, practicability, and sustainability.
- Recognize and remove barriers that impede flow.
- Tap into the joy of 'getting stuff done' while continuously learning and improving.
An emphasis on practical application of concepts through hands-on exercises and simulations will leave you ready to apply your learnings immediately.
This class prepares you to take the ProKanban PK I certification exam.
When you purchase this class with a certification option ($200.00 per certification), you will receive an exam code.
Successful completion of the PK I exam will result in the PK I (Professional Kanban 1) certification.
