B Corp + EOS: Why + How = Impact
B Corp -- The Why
Working to create a sustainable economy that benefits everyone and the long term means finding new ways of doing everything from marketing to supporting your employees. There's no need to start from scratch, though, you can save time and effort by leveraging existing tools to support your mission without undermining your values.
EOS -- The How
The Entrepreneurial Operating System from EOS Worldwide is a tested collection of interlocking tools and processes that creates focus, transparency, alignment, and results. In use by thousands of companies, the system breaks down big goals into clear action steps, tracks progress, and fosters accountability at all levels of the organization.
The Webinar
This session will share how the two models can work together to provide a powerful playbook for change -- for your company and the world at large.
Appropriate for those who are already B Corp certified and curious about EOS to those who are operating a mission-driven organization but haven't yet adopted either EOS or pursued B Corp certification. I'll cover how both work together and share resources for both.
The Presenter
Adrianne Gordon has been active in the B Corp community since 2017 in leadership roles with B Local Asheville + WNC, founder of the B + EOS Network, a Peer Advisor to B Locals on the East Coast, and a member of the planning committee for the B Leadership Development conferences for the Southeast. She was introduced to EOS in 2018 and has served as the Integrator for several companies as an employee and in a fractional role during their adoption of the system.
She is the founder of Practical Insight, a Pending B Corp and member of 1% for the Planet, helping mission-driven companies achieve their vision through strategic planning, consulting, and fractional Integrator services. When not helping clients find a path to achieving their big, bold vision in a way that is measurable, manageable, and doesn't burn out their team she can be found on the trails around Asheville, in her garden, and spending quiet time with her family.
